Baguio City, Philippines – April 2, 2025 – The University of the Cordilleras (UC) hosted the highly anticipated Technopreneurship Demo Day 9 at the UC Theater, showcasing the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial prowess of its students. The event, held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, featured a total of 18 startup teams from the College of Business Administration (CBA), with four standout teams taking center stage to present their groundbreaking ideas to a distinguished audience of industry leaders, academic mentors, and aspiring technopreneurs.
Featured Teams
The four teams selected to present their projects were Jeep-P-S, with members Jhoy Lyn Habbilling, Tristan Locquiao, Denise Loren Luzon, Gyan Schazney Macazo, and Sofia Bianca Roderiguez; Francheasy, with members Gerson John Canaria, Khennchelle Cuchapin, Gabriel Gamueda, Jasmin Reloza, and Khaira May Villanueva; Naviguide, with member Hazel Banwa; and Politigo, with members Brianna Encarnacion, Keizer Rolan Gundran, Jules Danford Oya, Anny Carl Tegwa, and Russel Allen Treptor.

Unfortunately, due to prior school activities, teams Naviguide and Politigo were unable to present their projects. Despite this, the event was a resounding success, with the remaining teams delivering impressive presentations that highlighted their innovative solutions and business potential.
Notable Achievements
Among the presenting teams, Francheasy emerged as a notable contender, securing the position of 2nd runner-up. Their project, which focuses on simplifying the franchise process for aspiring entrepreneurs, garnered significant attention and praise from the judges and audience alike.
