Supporting Global Goals for Sustainable Development
The Mr. & Ms. CBA 2025 event aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
- SDG 4: Quality Education (Indicator 4.7.1 – Ensure learners acquire knowledge and skills for sustainable development, human rights, and global citizenship) By promoting holistic student development through leadership, creativity, and self-expression.
- SDG 5: Gender Equality (Indicator 5.5.1 – Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership) Through inclusive representation and empowerment of both male and female student leaders.
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals (Indicator 17.17.1 – Encourage effective partnerships across sectors) By fostering collaboration among students, faculty, and event organizers to celebrate shared values and community spirit.

The University of the Cordilleras Auditorium came alive with brilliance and excitement as the College of Business Administration (CBA) hosted its most anticipated event of the year — Mr. & Ms. CBA 2025. From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the stage transformed into a vibrant arena of elegance, creativity, and unwavering UC spirit, celebrating the finest students of the college.
A Showcase of Talent and Leadership
The competition was a spectacular fusion of style, intellect, and performance. Candidates captivated the audience and judges alike through various segments, including the formal wear parade, which radiated grace and poise, and the talent showcase, where each participant brought their unique flair to the spotlight. More than a pageant, the event was a celebration of authenticity, leadership, and personal growth.
Crowning Glory
After an afternoon of fierce yet friendly competition, two exceptional individuals rose to the top:
- Mr. CBA 2025: Timothy Joshua Arcega
- Ms. CBA 2025: Alesandra Pearl Cuaresma

Their confidence, charisma, and commanding stage presence earned them the prestigious titles, making them proud ambassadors of the CBA’s values and excellence.

The event also recognized remarkable performances with runner-up placements:
- 1st Runner-Up: John Christian Magaan & Jelleny Lestino
- 2nd Runner-Up: Mecael Mackellay & Leizel Mae Bayote
- 3rd Runner-Up: Rey Mark Trinidad & Shakirah Anne Bongar
