MJE Organization Shines at CBA General Assembly, Supporting Sustainable Development Goals

Baguio City, Philippines – September 24, 2024 – The Marketing Junior Executives (MJE) organization made a significant impact at the CBA General Assembly held at the UC Gymnasium, contributing to the event’s overall success and supporting various Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Morning Session (6:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

The event kicked off early with the MJE executives arriving at 6:30 AM to set up their booth. Ushers assisted with student attendance, ensuring a smooth start to the day. Kiyorofen Valdez documented the event, capturing key moments and activities.

The morning session featured a video presentation and an inspiring speech by Atty. Paolo Salvosa. The MJE booth quickly became a focal point, attracting student interest and inquiries about membership. The Booth Committee developed innovative strategies to engage more students, while the Skit Committee performed as part of the freshman orientation, adding a touch of entertainment to the proceedings.

Tristan Loquiao, a key member of the MJE, introduced the organization, its plans, and upcoming events. Following the program, students flocked to the booth for photos and to inquire about membership, resulting in three new registrations.

Afternoon Session (12:00 PM - 4:10 PM)

The afternoon session saw the MJE booth transformed into a carnival-themed attraction, featuring engaging games such as “Buzz to The Beat,” “Bee-lieve & Toss,” “Buzz the Brand,” and “Buzz of Knowledge.” Participants registered before playing, with winners entered into a raffle and other participants receiving small tokens. The booth received positive feedback for its fun and interactive games, fostering a lively atmosphere.

Band performances, featuring MJE officers, and dance performances added to the entertainment, drawing more students and teachers to interact with the MJE team. The engaging activities led to additional student registrations for membership.

Overall, Success and Feedback

The event was deemed a resounding success, with positive feedback from students and participants. The MJE officers performed their duties effectively, showcasing their organizational skills and dedication. Ma’am Rhods provided encouraging feedback, highlighting areas for improvement and motivating the new MJE officers.
