Baguio City, Philippines – November 19, 2024 – The Marketing Junior Executives (MJE) organization successfully held its General Assembly at the UC Auditorium, marking the beginning of a promising academic year. The event, which ran from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, was meticulously planned and executed, showcasing the dedication and organizational skills of the MJE officers.
Pre-Event Preparations
The preparations for the General Assembly began well before the official start time. Officers finalized the setup, including registration tables, stage lighting, and ensuring the technical team had the projectors and sound systems operational. As attendees began arriving, officers were stationed at their designated areas, and ushers guided participants to their seats, ensuring a smooth and organized seating arrangement.
Opening Ceremony
The event officially commenced shortly after 1:15 PM with the emcees introducing MJE. Ms. Rhodora Ann Ontal delivered a welcoming speech, formally opening the assembly and setting a positive tone for the afternoon.
Simultaneously, the registration committee continued to encourage arriving participants to register for MJE membership, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to join the organization.

Introducing the Year Theme and Activities
MJE President, Tristan Locquiao, presented the organization’s Strategic Planning, year theme, and upcoming events. These events include:
- Canva Design Workshops
- PowerPoint Tips and Tricks Sessions
- CapCut Training and Editing Seminars
- Community Service Initiatives
- Digital Marketing Fest Volume 4
- Amazing Race Season 5
These activities are designed to enhance students' skills, foster community engagement, and provide fun and educational experiences.
Ice Breakers and Performances
To maintain audience engagement, the officers prepared a performance and icebreaker activities. These activities were met with enthusiastic participation and cheers, particularly for the officers who performed a song, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere.

Introducing the Officers
As the 2024-2025 MJE officers are all newly appointed, each member was introduced to the attendees. Ms. Rhodora Ann Ontal, the new MJE adviser, was also introduced, highlighting the fresh leadership guiding the organization.

Conclusion and Feedback
The General Assembly concluded successfully, achieving its objectives of introducing the new MJE team, promoting membership, and outlining plans for the year. The event ran smoothly without any technical issues, demonstrating good organization and effective engagement with the attendees.
To commemorate the successful event, all attendees gathered on stage for a group photo before the assembly's close. Post-event activities included cleanup and a brief opportunity for informal feedback and engagement with the participants. Attendees expressed positive feedback on the event's flow and gave the officers good oral feedback.
The MJE organization’s efforts at the General Assembly not only contributed to the event's success but also supported the broader agenda of sustainable development, fostering a vibrant and engaged student community.
