The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program adopts an integrated approach to build a strong foundation across the various functional areas of business. Each major is designed to develop students’ knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes, empowering them to lead effectively and drive organizational success in a competitive business environment.

  • Graduates are equipped with essential professional knowledge and a comprehensive set of employability skills—including effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, enterprise, planning and organization, self-management, continuous learning, and technological proficiency—preparing them for both self-employment and corporate careers in local and global contexts.
  • Business Management
    • The Business Management program equips graduates for dynamic careers across various sectors and industries. It offers an integrated approach to understanding the interrelationships among key functional areas of business—such as marketing, finance, operations, and human resources—and emphasizes how the strategic coordination of these components drives organizational success.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Students enrolled in this course will gain hands-on experience in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. Key areas of focus include social media marketing, email campaigns, digital advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), equipping them with the tools to effectively engage audiences in the digital landscape.
  • Financial Management
    • The Financial Management program equips graduates for diverse careers in finance and related fields. It provides a strong foundation in areas such as corporate finance, investment management, banking, credit analysis, trust operations, insurance, foreign exchange markets, money and capital markets, and other financial securities markets. The program prepares students to navigate complex financial environments and make strategic decisions that drive organizational and economic growth.
  • Marketing Management
    • The Marketing Management program prepares graduates for marketing, market research, advertising, and public relations careers. The curriculum provides the graduate with both the technical skills and competencies required in the field and the flexible mindset necessary to stay competitive in a constantly changing business environment.
