On January 24, 2025, the Student Development and Welfare office hosted the Welcome Connect event at the UC Gymnasium, inviting up to 12 student organizations to participate. The event aimed to foster a sense of community and belonging among students by showcasing various student organizations and their activities.
The officers responsible for the booth arrived early at 7:30 AM to collect the booth design materials from the CBA faculty and consultation room. By 8:30 AM, the setup of the booth was complete. Despite the lower-than-expected student turnout, the MJE booth stood out with its creative design and interactive games inspired by the popular series "Squid Game." The games, named "Ddjakki" and "Don't Touch the Color or Shape I Say," successfully captured the attention of the students who attended, resulting in several expressing interest in MJE membership.
Throughout the day, the booth staff focused on maintaining the booth due to the low student traffic. When students did visit, they were engaged by the games and participated actively. This pattern continued for the duration of the event.

In the afternoon, the booth was dismantled, the area was cleaned, and the remaining design materials, along with borrowed items such as the bamboo and large 'CBA' letters, were returned to the CBA faculty and consultation room and the storage room. The event ran from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
