The University of the Cordilleras College of Business Administration (UC-CBA) officially welcomed its incoming freshmen during the Freshmen Orientation held on September 9, 2025, at the UC Gymnasium. This annual event serves as a vital first step for students as they begin their academic journey, equipping them with essential knowledge on university policies, digital tools, and community values.
Welcome Address by the Dean
Dr. Grace R. Tobias, Dean of the College Business Administration, delivered an inspiring message emphasizing academic integrity, personal growth, and community engagement—values that define the UC CBA experience.
The orientation was hosted by Mr. Gabriel R. De Guzman, Program Chair of the College of Business Administration, who guided the sessions with clarity and enthusiasm, ensuring an engaging and informative experience for all attendees.

UC Digital Ecosystem Orientation
A key session was led by Ms. Joycelyn P. Ituriaga, Course Content Developer of College of Business Administration introducing students to the UC Digital Ecosystem—a comprehensive platform designed to support learning, communication, and academic management. This session provided practical insights on navigating UC’s digital tools effectively.
The event concluded with an interactive Q&A, fostering a sense of community and readiness among the freshmen as they embark on their academic journey at the University of the Cordilleras College of Business Administration.
